More Information on the Program
Tone Zone Bootcamp is for men and women needing a change in their daily program. It is a 4 week indoor/outdoor program dedicated to put you in the best shape of your life! Lasting 1 hour in duration Bootcamp is an intense workout combining resistance and cardiovascular training. We work with people18 & over of all levels from beginner through extreme. All clients are placed at a "color" fitness level and any injuries or limitations will be discussed. We will modify any version of activities that you may not be able to complete comfortably. Each day the intensity will be slightly increased so you feel both safe and challenged. Every client is given an assessment with Weight, body fat & measurements prior and after the 4 week program. Bootcamp bonds individuals into a support group, making it easier to stay dedicated to a fitness program.!
WHAT TO EXPECT AT BOOTCAMP
Each day is different, designed to work on various areas of the body. Boot camp can include one or all of the following techniques:
· Running /walking · Step climbing · Calisthenics (exercises that use body weight as resistance) · Resistance Training
· Obstacle courses/exercise drills · Plyometrics (speed/strength training drills) · Glute and thigh-strengthening moves
· Free weight exercises · Sandbags · Tires · Jumping Rope · Bands/tubes or Body Bars · Ab and all-around core training · Agility and power drills · Partner drills · Kettlebells · Sleds ·Medicine balls
