GROUP TRAINING

 

 

Have you struggled with weight issues?  Do you have big fitness goals? Are you tired of the diets, pills & exercise programs that don't work? 

Then our affordable Women's GroupTraining is the option for you! Group Training is 100% about you and gives our female personal trainers the opportunity to work with you more diligently on all aspects of your training. On your first session, an assessment (weight, body fat & measurements) will be documented as well as a "fit test" to appropiately program your exercise level intensity. Based on your assessment results, your personal trainer will identify your "body-type" using our Tone Zone training methodology and discuss the type of exercises that will be executed during your sessions.  Your fitness program might include cardio, pilates, boxing, resistant training with machines, weights, kettlebells or resistant bands. Your personal trainer will also assist you in meal planning to help you break through barriers and assist you in getting your life back in balance.

 

RATE:

2 Days a week for 4 weeks - $100 (Price Per Client)
